The University of Winnipeg is an urban campus in the heart of Manitoba’s largest city. A welcoming, student-focused institution, UWinnipeg is known for its exceptional learning opportunities, diverse community, and supportive faculty and staff.

With an average class size of 25, UWinnipeg provides students more opportunities to work closely with professors. Students benefit from a wide variety of research opportunities at the undergraduate level. The university also offers a range of experiential learning opportunities, including internships, co-op placements, and community service learning projects, which allow students to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world settings.

UWinnipeg distinguishes itself as a research innovator through its growing number of graduate programs, such as its Master in Management with a specialization in Technology, Innovation and Operations; its Master of Arts in Criminal Justice; and the Master of Environmental and Social Change. The university is home to several research centres and institutes, which provide students and faculty the resources and support they need to conduct cutting-edge research and make important contributions to their fields.
